Conventional - Fixed Rate

Conventional - ARM

All the benefits of a conventional 30-year loan with the added bonus of a lower initial interest rate and a lower monthly payment.  Choose from either a 3-year or 5-year Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM).


FHA
